Plus during our kenduri in the kampngs - now the School holidays are coming up and we are in for a deluge of kenduris, ramai nak khawin. And there will also be ample supply of kari perut, sup kepala kambing, sup lidah lembu and a coctail of sup spare part. In fact only the kulit and bulu are not used in the cooking, the rest will end up in the pot. Prepare a pot of air asam .. viola, we have a feast!! 'nuff said.
